Login and Registration Help
You can access the West eLearning Center two ways:
- Use your OnePass account. OnePass allows you to combine all of your
accounts for West applications into one username and password. You don’t need
to have purchased any of our products or services to create your OnePass account.
Creating a OnePass account is simple, and it’s free. Just click the Sign up for
OnePass! link to get started.
- Create a West eLearning Center account. Click the Free Registration button
to create an account specific to the West eLearning Center. After you create this
account, the West eLearning Center will email you a temporary password, so be sure
to enter your email address carefully. Once you receive your temporary password,
use it to log in. You can use that password as long as you like, but we recommend
you change it to something that is easier to remember. Change the password by clicking
the Edit Profile link near the top of the home page after you have logged in.
Learning Content Help
We offer two main types of learning content on our site:
- Self-paced lessons. These short, instructional lessons provide guidance
on using our products and services efficiently and effectively. You can learn how
to use a product in a new way to get the most value from your subscription, learn
about information relevant to your practice that you didn’t know was available,
or become familiar with new products. Whatever the topic, the lessons are designed
to be short and to the point.
- Webinars. Webinars come in two flavors: live, scheduled events, and
recordings of those live events that you can view at any time. Webinars are typically
presented by an expert in the topic. The presentation usually includes a slide show
and a question and answer session
